Conference Room Rentals

Newly renovated for our 50th anniversary, the Conference Room boasts 3 desktop computers with ceiling-mounted digital projectors, a large flat screen television, surround-sound speakers, acoustic paneling, and seating for as many as 125 attendees.

Sliding partitions grant you the flexibility to divide the space into 3 smaller classrooms on the fly. Smaller groups may book only 1 or 2 of these subdivisions rather than the entire space.

Included in your rental is the use of our Main Lobby, perfect to greet your guests or even host a welcoming aperitivo. For additional information regarding the Conference Room itself, please click here.

Administrative Assistance & Staff Support

Our fully bilingual staff will prove invaluable as you navigate the city of Rome and Italy more generally. Worried about booking hotels, restaurants, museum or site visits, etc.? We can take care of it.

Tech Support Fee

There will be a dedicated staff member available for the duration of your on-site program, able to assist with computer + projector set-up, technical issues, etc.

Room Configuration Fee

This fees covers the conversion of one of our classrooms to another seating layout (i.e. a horseshoe configuration, central seminar table, etc.) for the duration of your program. Note: this fee covers only 1 layout change for 1 room.

Private Workstation(s) for Program Staff

Will your administrative or organizing staff need a place to work behind the scenes during your program? Workstation rentals are available in a shared office upstairs.

Each workstation comes equipped with a desktop computer, as well as phone, internet and printer access.
